Dawes Debonair

The customer came to us with her father’s Dawes Debonair that held a lot of sentimental value for her, but was in need of some TLC. The customer had previously brought a pannier made from recycled tarpaulin in a bright orange, that was the main inspiration for the new colour. The bike was stripped and resprayed with a powder coating to give it the distinctive and bold finish the customer wanted. Whilst the customer loved the original look of the bike they wanted to give this 1960s classic a new modern ride with new 700 wheels and we converted the chain ring from a single to a double to add more gears for an easier ride. The bike was finished with a contrasting blue outer cables and vegan ‘leather’ bar tape to match the customer’s Brookes leather saddle.

GT Aggressor 275

This customer had a new colour in mind when they brought this bike in. The bike was resprayed with a powder coating in a light olive green to give a new and unique look. The parts were cleaned and greased ready to be put back on the bike before it was back on the road.
